~* apparel care guide *~

The better care you take of your clothes when washing them, the longer they will last you!! PLEASE be sure to check the specific care instructions that should be included with your apparel, but in case you loose them, here are some general guidelines! This is how I care for all my favorite clothes, and they stay in great condition this way :)
1). Turn your garment inside out before washing!! This helps protect printing, embroidery, and other surface level details.
2). Wash on COLD!! Make sure the temperature of the water being used for your wash is as cold as can be. Heat can make colors bleed, shrink clothes, and in general just isn't great for them.
3). Use a Gentle or Delicate wash cycle! I also sometimes use the cycle on my machine labeled 'casual', as long as it's more gentle than a regular wash you should be good! This prevents your apparel from getting too beaten up, which can cause damage to embroidery or printing.
4). Air-dry your garment! I hang most of my clothing with printing, embroidery, or other details up to air-dry. There are two reasons to do this: First of all the dryer can be harsh and damage details. Second, some types of printing on shirts and apparel can be sensitive to heat. Using the dryer on high or even low heat can degrade the quality of the print quickly, so I always recommend you let it set out to dry rather than putting things through the dryer!
