About International Shipping
My shop is located in the US, so shipping within the country is pretty standard for me. Shipping internationally involves customs forms, HS codes, and import taxes that make international shipping much more complicated than domestic shipping.

Shipping costs vary based on location and the weight of the package. For domestic (US orders) it is typically between $4-12 USD, and for international it is between $9-20 USD. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout when you enter your order's destination!
I use Ascendia + USPS for most international orders! This is an additional complication since I need to export orders off-site to get the best shipping deals for you. The benefit to both of us is better pricing and door to door tracking! I only ship to the countries that I am able to offer door to door packaging to for security, and to avoid lost packages.
For sticker only orders, I use USPS first class mail! This is essentially just an envelope with a stamp on it, as if I were sending a letter, so it is available to all countries! There is no tracking on this type of shipping, so please keep this in mind when ordering!
Unfortunately I cannot ship to Germany at all due to the LUCID packaging policies which I do not have the resources to be able to comply to, and would like to avoid either of us being deeply fined. I also am unable to send anything other than sticker mail to the EU/UK, due to VAT laws as well as regulations on products such as plush toys.
If you live in a country that I cannot ship to, my suggestion would be to have it sent to a friend that does live in a country I can ship to, and have them forward it to you. Another option is to use a forwarding service that will give you a US address and then forward the package to your country. I know this is complicated, but unfortunately I am already doing as much as I can to accommodate international shipping.

As a reminder, I cannot make any exceptions to the countries that I can ship to! Please do not message me and say "I know you can't ship to my country, but could you please ship to my country?" If I am not able to ship to your country, unfortunately, I am not able to ship to your country and cannot change that for you. I don't typically answer those types of questions since they answer themselves.
I also wanted to briefly mention why I do not use Etsy anymore - The fees for placing an order through Etsy are exorbitant and I barely make any money at all making a sale through that site, not to mention how expensive shipping is. On top of all that, Etsy still does not protect me from being fined if customs decides my products don't meet their standards (specifically for plush, if it can be considered a toy they may discard it if it does not have specific EU certification, which you have to have a company representative within the EU to have.) The time it took me to prepare an Etsy order vs an order from my site was about 4x more, and I was making 5x less on Etsy orders. Additionally they have started penalizing artists for no reason at all, taking down listings, and have no policy prohibiting the sale of AI generated images, which is not something I support. Overall I will not be using Etsy going forward, but will look into other ways that I could make more international shipping work in the future. Thank you for being understanding about this <3
