Shipping policy

Products that are in stock will typically ship out within 2 weeks of the order date. Pre-order products vary in shipping time from product type to product type - plushies will ship out between 2-4 months after pre-order while pins, charms, and other items will ship out closer to 1 month after the order date. You can check on the status of preorder products on the respective status pages for plushies and other preorder items. Each individual pre-order item will have specifications in the listing details.

I use USPS First-Class package services for most of my packages - you may choose an upgrade at checkout if you would like. Currently I am only able to ship to the US as well as a few additional countries through this site. For orders elsewhere international, please check out my Etsy! I am able to ship to most countries internationally using their shipping services. My Etsy shop is not always open as it is difficult to maintain two different storefronts. Please respect this as I am trying my very hardest to making shipping inclusive, but at the end of the day I am only one person.
